When they do come, service is inconsistent, and every day something was missing (shampoo/ coffee/ toilet paper/tissues not refilled).
They come at different hours every day, one day we didn't get service at all, 2 more days we had to call in the late afternoon and probably would not have received service those days either, had we not called. I am just back from a 7 nights stay there, and here is what went wrong: - Houskeeping is unreliable. While it still looks like a good value if you just look at the room rate, there are so many small and not so small issues that add up, and just make it an overall very unpleasant stay.
Since first staying here in 2013 I returned every year, as I am in Las Vegas for a conference once a year. This is my second review of the Palms Place.
